The New Place

This is our new place!! We just signed the lease on our townhouse this afternoon. We have a lot of work a head of us.

We have to finish packing and all that fun stuff. The good thing is at least this place is really clean and ready for us, unlike some of our other places we have moved to. But that's the rough part getting ready to move by Monday! Whew! I'm already tired!

The fun parts.. Well we get to decorate Brooklynn's (and Emmerson's eventually) room. We have it all planned out and we bought the decorations today. I am excited about the one that I get to hand make for Emmerson.

I made this for Brooklynn before she was born and we hung it in the center of her wall. We all hung little monkey faces along the top of the wall all the way around the room. We had a lot of fun doing the decorating for her room. This time will be no different, except this time she gets to help us!!


This time though we have little foam stickers of butterflies and stars as well as letters. We hope that she will want to help. We are hoping to get this all started and hopefully done tomorrow. We also we be putting up the crib and maybe a few other things.

We are excited about moving in and getting settled.
