This picture shows a lot about my grandpa.
1.) He was always sitting in that chair for starters. If you needed him he was most likely there.
2.) He was always reading something in that chair.
Yep, that's right whether it was the South Bend Tribune, a magazine or just a random piece of paper he was reading it. Also, he would usually read it out loud. Most of the time it was to himself because my grandma really didn't care to listen and she would get up and leave the room. But he was so into what he was reading some of the time he wouldn't even notice that she was gone. But if he did he would go and find her and continue. It was funny to watch sometimes.
3.) He would eat in that chair.
There's something you should know about that though. He would always used a spoon. I didn't matter if it was steak, cereal, veggies or whatever he used a spoon. This puzzled me growing up. I never could figure out why he was always using a spoon. Well, if you don't know something you ask. So I did. I said "Why do you always use a spoon to eat everything?" He just looked over at me and said: "Forks leak." That was that. Forks leak. It's funny because they do and I kind of could figure that out. I was actually looking for a story like one time he poked himself with a fork and was scared of them. You know something funny like that. But instead I got "Forks leak." I will always remember that.
4.) He would sleep in that chair.

Those are just a few things about my grandpa that I remember out of many many things. I thought they were funny.
He will be missed. They both will.
