Did You Know Everyone in The Hospital Wears Scrubs

So yesterday we had to take Emmerson to the hospital. It turned out that it was just a virus and that it wasn't a reoccurring problem from the past. (http://alexmindmyslef.blogspot.com/2012/06/here-it-is-in-nutshell.html There are 3 parts in the Here It Is In a Nutshell post)

But there was something funny that happened while we where there. The phone rang! No, that's not the funny part. The funny part is the conversation that followed.

Me: "Hello?"

Guy on the other end: "Hello?"

(Silence)

Guy: "Do I need to dial a number to call out??"

Me: "I don't know."

Guy: "Oh. Is this Adam?"

Me: "No."

Guy: "Oh." (click)

It was funny. I don't even know if he was in the hospital trying to call out and called my ER room or if was trying to call someone else in the ER or if was trying call one of his friends and accidentally call the hospital ER. I don't know and I don't think he knew either.

It was a funny situation. Also, did you know that everyone in the hospital wears scrubs? Even the maintenance/custodial people!!
