Tunes

I was watching Looney Tunes yesterday. When I turned it over there it caught Brooklynn's attention. As, I sat there and watched it with her for a second I had this thought... "Should she be watching this??"

I mean Looney Tunes are not that bad, I mean I watched them growing up and I turned out fine. The reason why I had that thought was in the particular short that was on, Yosemite Sam got hit 2 or 3 times in the head by Bugs Bunny with a wooden mallet. But that isn't the only thing that happens throughout the Looney Tunes shorts, if you have seen them you know what I mean.



Then there is Tom and Jerry. It's pretty much the same kind of thing. The characters are hitting each other with stuff and what not.

But those are the cartoons I grew up on. I hear things about today's cartoons and I think really that's kind of minor compared to Looney Tunes or Tom and Jerry. When I hear some of the things people say about modern day cartoons I just think back to the cartoons I watched and just giggle a bit.
(Not that today's cartoons are perfect in any way this is just what I have to compare with them.)
