Diapers

Well, this starts the realization of how big Brooklynn has gotten and how fast kids grow up. I don't even want to think about this, but having another little baby in the house here soon won't hide the fact that it is true.

This is a picture that I just took. We are finalizing things and getting the last of the things ready for our weekend stay on floor 4 of St Joe Hospital. But this is what we discovered.

Brooklynn fit in newborn diapers for several months. In fact, she wore them for so long that we didn't ever think that she was going to grow into 1s. But now she is in 4s and notice the size difference. She has gotten big.

But as I said we are getting some last minute things together and we opened the box of Newborn diapers. (This is the first Newborn diaper we have seen in over a year.) We were instantly reminded of our little girl and how she used to wear Newborn diaper and now we are talking to her about the potty. We also realized how little our little guy is going to be.

It's just a reminder to us that she was very little and this comparing of diapers proved that and we have compared clothes also, but putting the diapers side by side seemed to really show the point the best.
