My wife is obsessed with seeing firework shows. Anyway, she went to the Blueberry Festival this past weekend and saw the firework show on Sunday night. But the fireworks came a little closer than they had planned.
The humidity in the air and the wind made it difficult for the fireworks to go very high. So it sort of turned into a debris show. There were pieces of the fireworks that came down. One piece almost hit them. So it definitely was different experience for what could be her last show for this firework season.
However, my last firework we were a little safer. We went to the Cove and saw a special firework show that was one of the biggest that South Bend had put on.
