Please Wait... for Me

This is a long wait.

I know its only been a week but still it seems like forever. You ever have that. Time seems to go so slow when you are waiting for something to happen or to go somewhere or even for a baby. Time seems to drag and drag on. But then the time finally gets here and you are packing up the car or you finally get the call or you are off to hospital to welcome a new family member. The time is finally here!! Then time goes so fast. The day is over before you know it or you realize the kids are getting big on you. The wait was worth it though.

The wait is worth it in this case as well. Yes, I would for them to call right this second and tell me "YES" or "NO" but I just have to continue to wait and be..... patient.

I was listening to some old messages from Grace Church today and this verse came up in his message..

Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)
⁶ Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. ⁷ Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
